My life started in New Orleans, Louisiana. The art, music, and culture of the city were injected into my life for ten years and had a profound effect on the woman I am today. Art has been one of my strongest enjoyments throughout my life. As a child, I was surrounded by those who wanted to be astronauts and firefighters and all I wanted was to be an artist or a cartoonist. Finally, I discovered website design and I knew that was it. I began heavily studying the industry, the programs, and the languages freshman year of high school and my urge to learn has not died down since.
I am currently a student at the University of Texas pursuing my BS in Advertising and will be graduating December of 2008. I have nearly eight years of experience in web and graphic design. I am highly proficient in HTML, XHTML, CSS, Photoshop, Illustrator, Flash, and Dreamweaver and I'm dual-platform. If you need a print designer, I can be that. If you need a web site designer, I can be that. If you need an animator, I can be that. If you need a Spanish to English translator, I can be that. You get the point. Whatever or whom ever you need to get the job done, I can be that person. And if I can't, I know a slew of people that can.
As far as the things that won't change about me, I'm fiery and passionate about everything I do. I'm strongly independent, flexible, and open-minded. Although, I'd rather have you make up your mind about me. I hope this piques your interest just enough to want to meet and enjoy a cup of tea, so you can draw your own conclusions.
